Our Chef Pravesh
Since joining La Demeure Saint Antoine in 2022 as sous-chef and pâtissier, Parvesh has become a much loved part of the team, bringing his passion for food and creativity to the heart of the kitchen.
Now leading the kitchen as chef, he draws inspiration from European cuisine, adding the warmth, flavours and fragrant spices of Mauritius to his dishes.
Pâtisserie remains particularly close to his heart, and he takes great pleasure in creating cakes for birthdays, weddings and the special occasions that bring families and friends together at Saint Antoine.
